Ms. Harvilla has over a decade of civil litigation experience in a variety of complex intellectual property, antitrust, insurance, contract, business tort, and other general commercial disputes in state and federal courts across the country.
She has had substantial experience with discovery and law and motion practice and has had involvement with financial services and related industries. She also has expertise in taking and defending appeals in the California Court of Appeal.
After starting her career with a major Chicago firm, Ms. Harvilla relocated to California and was admitted to the California bar in 2011. After practicing in San Francisco Superior and other Bay Area courts, Ms. Harvilla landed in Southern California where she continues to represent Tong Robbins clients, as a formidable litigator and practitioner.
