Prior to joining Tong Robbins, Hillary Warren Major practiced at Kaye Scholer (now Arnold & Porter) and Morgan Stanley in New York where she specialized in complex commercial and financial services litigation. Ms. Major served as counsel in a $250M fraudulent conveyance litigation in federal court and has drafted motions and challenged expert opinion in both state and federal court. Ms. Major has also advised on federal regulatory and securities law.
