Ms. Mejlszenkier has nearly twenty years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, evidentiary hearings, appellate work, and trials. Ms. Mejlszenkier has experience handling a variety of legal matters but primarily focuses on business disputes, real property matters, and employment cases.
Ms. Mejlszenkier is a native of Argentina and is fluent in Spanish. During her free time, Denise enjoys rock-climbing, backpacking, skiing, and spending time with her family.

Prevailed at jury trial against aggressive developer litigating complicated right-of-way issues, and recovered damages not only for trespass, but also attorneys’ fees for elder abuse. See Wilton v. Handwerger, No. CV1202403 (Marin Super. Ct. 2014).
Obtained a favorable settlement for a corporate client against an insurance brokerage who failed to obtain adequate business income coverage for the client (2019).
Obtained a voluntary dismissal of a fraudulent transfer case filed against a client (2019).
